Client Yacht Manager

We have partnered with a global leading yacht management company to recruit exceptional sea-going professionals for the position of Client Manager. Due to company-wide expansion, they are looking for a Client Manager to be based full time in their office in Florida, USA.

As Client Manager you will be responsible for up to 10 yachts with your priority being to build the relationship with the owners, you will be the main point of contact to ensure that the yacht is meeting all expectations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong seagoing experience as Chief Purser/Deck Officer or Captain on Yachts
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Full knowledge of the day to day running of a yacht
• A qualified ISM & ISPS auditor (desired)
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to resolve any situation in a professional manner - with a smile
• High attention to detail and strong budgeting experience
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
