This vessel operates wholly in UK waters - All applicants must have a Frontier Worker Permit or UK working Visa  

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, contentious, and enthusiastic Commis chef 

Preparing and cooking a high quality, well presented and appropriate food offer as per the menu. food quality and speed of service. personal hygiene/presentation throughout the kitchen department. Assisting in regular and routine cleaning in line with detailed cleaning schedules.

working on a small cruise ship operating around the Scottish Highlands.

The season starts 21st March and ends mid October.

The following certificates are essential but if not held the company will assist in obtaining them.

• Food Hygiene certificate
• Food Safety certificate
• ENG1
• STCW – PST, FP&FF, PSSR, EFA
• Crisis Management
• Crowd Management
