As a Receptionist you will be the face of Cunard working within our front of house team onboard a luxury Cunard ship. As our guests first port of call for any questions while they are onboard you will have the opportunity to create a welcoming and lasting impression with our guests.

• Ability to speak and write in fluent English and German
• Cruise Ship experience in a customer facing role
• Customer Service Experience
• Ability to juggle many responsibilities and exceed guest expectations
