Bar Back

We are recruiting experienced Barback Staff for a formal VVIP residence based in the Middle East. You must be experienced within 5* environments with extremely high standards. You will be part of a large team of European/Western hospitality professionals from a variety of industries, including yacht, cruise, hotel and private household.

Responsibilities

• To cooperate with the cocktail bar staff to assist run a smooth operation.
• To ensure all the facilities in the bar are operational and all standards maintained.
• To assure the highest standards of service is effectively provided.
• To be responsible for all mise-en-place in the bar area before and during service.
• Have knowledge of the menu for guests
• Anticipate bar staff’s needs
• Have a thorough understanding of all specialty drinks in stock.
