Villa Couple (Chef & Host) - St Tropez

We are actively recruiting for an experienced Villa Chef & Host for a luxury operator with several luxury villas in and around St Tropez. Our client stresses the importance of great service and even greater food, using the amazing produce that the South of France has to offer! This is a great opportunity to experiment and create your own exciting menus with fantastic Mediterranean cuisine. They are looking for a couple who are able to interview immediately and start in May 2022.

Ideal Candidates:

• Excellent guest relations and interpersonal skills
• Highly professional & takes pride in your work.
• Good self-motivation, organised, highly flexible and pro-active
• Team player with great sense of fun
• A Full UK/EU Driving License is essential for at least one of the candidates
• Ability to plan, cook and produce meals to a high standard
• Recognised catering qualification such as NVQ or City & Guild Chef Qualification, Cooking School Certificate or extensive experience in a professional kitchen
• Minimum of 1 year working experience with a qualification or 2 years without a qualification
• Work experience in Michelin starred or Rosette Level establishments, corporate hospitality, yachts, previous ski seasons and luxury travel companies are all desirable

Package:

• Salary: €5000 Combined (€2500 each per month)
