I am currently working with a growing Cruise organisation, and have an exciting opportunity for a Crew Manager to join the management team.  
 
This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Crewing Director or Crewing Manager to take the next step in their career.  
 
As Crewing Manager you will enjoy a varied role. You will manage relationships with Manning agencies, vessel captains, issue crew contracts, manage certification, invoice boats and ensure relationships are being conducted as agreed.  
 
The ideal candidate will have:  
 
- 5 years of crewing experience with the cruise industry  
-Fluent written and spoken English  
-Computer literacy  
-Strong communication and organisation skills
