Associate Show Director, Creative Live Experiences

We are seeking an Associate Show Director, Creative Live Experiences to develop, update, and maintain multi-disciplinary live experiences and events of varying scale with a current focus on Princess ships. The Associate Show Director, Creative Live Experiences defines and ensures compliance with Creative goals and intent of the creative leadership. The scope of the role includes creative and production elements - overseeing freelance consultants schedules, devising concepts, sourcing artistic teams, liaising with the production and operations teams, script writing, staging, leading rehearsals, leading remounts and cast changes and establishing and leading Experience Show Quality standards. This role will enable and work in partnership with the Global Innovation and Experience Organization at Carnival Corporation & plc.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in theatrical or experiential related fields. In addition, we see candidates with 5+ Years of ship or theme park theatrical experience either as a performer, cruise staff, entertainer/stage manager or creative role. It will also be important to have experience in the creation of new experiences/events/shows. Technologically we seek someone with strong experience working with Microsoft Platforms: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and/or iOS similar software.
