Entertainment Host - P&O Cruises

As an Entertainment Host you would be responsible for delivering a diverse range of entertainment and leisure opportunities, during both the day and evening for our passengers, where the emphasis is always to enhance their cruise experience. This includes quizzes, bingo, cabaret, musical programmes, karaoke, sporting events and deck activities.

We are looking for singers, dancers, sports/entertainment hosts, DJs and arts & crafts enthusiasts who are happy to entertain by applying your specific talent/s. We also seek individuals that are good all rounder’s who will be eager to take part in any of the Entertainment activities we deliver.

To succeed in this role you must have previous experience of taking part in high profile entertainment preferably within the leisure and hospitality industries, possess excellent customer service skills and be committed to delivering outstanding entertainment.

We will be running a casting day on 16th May 2022 in London for skilled applicants to demonstrate their charisma and practical know how.

Life on board involves working 10 hours a day, 7 days a week for the 4 - 6 months that you are onboard. Your ten hours will be split between morning, afternoon and evening activities.

It is a requirement of employment that all of our seafarers must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 from the 1st December 2021 (either 2 vaccines plus 14 days or 1 single dose vaccine plus 14 days).  As part of the application form, you will be asked if you are fully vaccinated. We are unable to progress any applications from individuals who are not fully vaccinated at this time and welcome future applications should your vaccination status change.
