ENGINEERING COORDINATOR - LARGE PRIVATE ESTATE - MIDDLE EAST

Job Summary:

The overall scope is to handle the administrative work and the coordination of the Technical Department. Be the central point of communication between the Technical Department and all other Departments, client, service providers and contractors.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the share folder with the assistance of the AVIT Division.
• Update the HRES FLS Matrix files.
• Assist the Technical Department’s Divisions Managers with documentation, communication, meeting arrangements.
• Assist the Technical Department staff with Talent and Culture related issues and personal work-related requests.
• Receive complaints and create work request for the service provider action and monitor the closing of the work order on the dedicated tracking program.
• Compile reports for the Chief Technical Officer and the Chief Engineer.
• Issue and receive back keys through the key management policy and procedure and keeping the key cabinets indexes up to date.
• Issue General and Additional Work Permits to service providers and contractors as per the related policy and procedures.
• Respond to the phone and transfer calls to the Engineering office occupants.
• Issue the weekly/monthly departmental roster.

Edit and update Administrative Division’s policies, procedures, forms and SOP’s.
