Tasks / Responsibilities

• Service-oriented assistance to our international guests
• Make onboard reservations, pack/unpack and shine shoes for all Guests upon their request
• Room Service
• File the Guests personal Laundry, send it down to the Laundry for washing, dry cleaning or pressing
• Assisting F&B activities and special occasions
• Active support of the other departments on board
• Compliance with HACCP requirements

Requirements

• Experience in a comparable position
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage
• Good communication skills in professional English and / or in German
• Friendly and service-oriented personality
• Excellent teamwork and stress resistance
• Well-groomed appearance
