I am currently working in partnership with an expanding Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Crewing Manager to be based in the Head Office.  
 
As Crewing Manager you will be an integral part of the busy crewing team, working with both internal and external providers to ensure excellence in all departments on board. 
Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Ensuring all vessels are sufficiently and safely manned 
• Ensuring all crew have the correct training and certification 
• Conducting crew changes 
• Monitoring crew performance  
• Monitoring training needs 

The ideal candidate will have: 
-Fluent in English and German(additional languages will be an advantage) 
-Experience working in the cruise industry in a seagoing capacity / crewing industry experience 
-A degree level qualification  
-Well developed organisational and communication skills 
-The ability to travel globally at short notice
