Sanitation Officer for Ambassador Cruise Line

Your responsibility will include, but will not be limited to:

• Responsible for the health and hygiene standards of the hotel department to ensure USPH, Public Health and HACCP standards are met in line with Company standards
• Responsible for pre-screening all hotel areas to ensure highest of hygiene standards are met
• Prepare corrective action plans following inspections, in conjunction with Hotel Director and Chief Housekeeper
• Constant monitoring of administration and working procedures to ensure all are carried out in line in health and hygiene standards and Hotel Operations Manual
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and consumables are used economically and wastage minimised
• Conduct regular inspections of all hotel areas to ensure hygiene levels are to Company standard and Public Health requirements
• Ensure departments follow cleaning schedule, ensuring all heavy duty equipment is cleaned and sanitised as per company standard and Public Health requirements
• Thorough knowledge and compliance of health,hygiene and sanitation requirements as per Company and Public Health requirements
• Log and report any faulty or damaged equipment to Hotel Director for follow up and action
• Lead by example by ensuring all company polices and procedures are always adhered to
• Providea positive working environment by ensuring all colleagues are treated fairly and equally
• Any other duties as reasonably requested by Hotel Director
