Spa Assistant Manager

We are currently looking for an Assistant Spa Manager to join a VVIP Private Resort in the Middle East. This is a very important role in the day to day operations of the spa and health club department. Should strive to maintain and motivate the entire spa team, and also able to create a culture of care and service excellence among employees.

Please be aware this is a land-based role with a 12month permanent contract (renewable).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining equipment and sample inventory of spa products.
• Providing a distinctive and unparalleled service experience.
• Taking full ownership and accountability for the maintenance as well as the look and feel of each treatment area.
• Maintaining confidentiality and the highest degree of professional ethics at all times.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 10-15 years of experience in the Luxury Spa industry.
• Previous Assistant Spa manager role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree a bonus)
• Passionate, service-driven with exemplary customer service skills.
• Must possess outstanding hospitality, communication and organisational skills
• Deep product and treatments knowledge.
• Detail-oriented attitude
• Experienced within luxury high-end hospitality
• Accustomed to dealing VVIP customers
• Discreet and trustworthy personality
• Highest levels of personal presentation
