We have long & short-term kids host positions available in our MClub onboard Marella Discovery, Marella Explorer, Marella Voyager & Marella Discovery 2, visiting places like Montego Bay, St. Lucia, Barbados, Costa Rica, Cuba and many more!

Job Summary

As a member of the Children’s Entertainment Team, you will be providing an excellent childcare service and hosting/leading events and activities for the younger passengers on board, such as quizzes, games, sports, competitions, poolside events, arts & crafts, treasure hunts, dancing, sensory play, and participating in the sail away and deck parties. The age groups catered for on board will be ‘Babytainment’ for the under 3’s, 3-7’s, 8-11’s, and teenage specific activities for the 12-17’s.

Key Tasks/Responsabilities

• To deliver and promote the children’s entertainment and childcare package to an exceptionally high standard.
• To enthusiastically host/lead events and activities for the younger passengers on board, such as quizzes, games, sports, competitions, poolside events, arts & crafts, treasure hunts, dancing, sensory play, and participating in the sail away and deck parties.
• Admin duties may be required from time to time, as instructed by the M Club Manager.
• To create and enhance the younger guest’s experience on board.
• To uphold and exceed venue expectations.
• To ensure standards, product and your professional behavior is at the highest level of the company.
• Assist the hotel operation; where required and as instructed by the Senior Entertainment Host.

Please be advised that an ENG1 is required for the above positions. Payment of an ENG1 would be the individual’s cost, but ted are happy to help obtain the required document. This document lasts two years, and once obtained will give the individual priority for the short-term positions we offer in the future.
