Join our team as a Data Entry Clerk!!

As a Data Entry Clerk you will be part of the Guest Information Department, responsible for processing various guest, travel agent, crew and employee surveys and forms.  Qualified candidates should be able to work part time on weekdays and weekends, read and write in more than one language and type at least 35 words per minute.

• The Data Entry employee will evaluate and enter data regarding guest comment cards.
• In some cases forms will need to be translated from various languages to English
• Guest personal and demographic information will be entered to provide governmental reports.
• Create marketing database for the company.
• Process forms for guests enrolled in Loyalty programs for both brands.
• Will compare data entered with source document or re-enter data in verification format on screen.

Required:

• Available to work weekdays and weekends
• Ability to read and write in more than one language
• Ability to type 35 word per minute
• Comfortable using computers and scanners
•  Ability to lift small packages

Preferable:

• High School graduate preferred
