Executive Chef

Anglo-Eastern Leisure Management is currently seeking an Executive Chef with strong international culinary knowledge to join our team for an opening in late summer. We are looking for a suitable candidate that has experience in a cruise ship setting. The assignment will be on board an expedition vessel - approximately 200 guests. The length of the contract will be 5 – 6 months. Costs for travel, pre-employment medical, and applicable visa(s) are covered by the company. Knowledge of English is required. Candidates must have STCW required training and the ability to obtain an applicable visa(s) for joining
