All below documents need to be valid in order to be eligable. 

Minimum requirements:

• Hands On mentality
• Eye for quality and excellence
• Proven leadership abilities and communication skills
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Fluent command of English
• Work experience on passenger ships
• COVID-19 vaccine (fully vaccinated)
• Seaman book issued from country of residence or Malta (as vessel is sailing under Maltese flag)
• Certificates (at the expense of employee):
  • Basic Safety Training (STCW Code VI/1)
  • Proficiency in Survival craft and Rescue Boats (STCW Code VI/2)
  • Security Awareness (STCW Code VI/6-1)
  • Passenger Ship Safety (STCW Code V/2)
  • Ship Cook’s certificate a requirement by the MLC 2006

What we offer:

• Monthly basic salary transferred to a bank account of choice;
• Tip equally shared through all crew members
• Rotation – we try to keep the rotation 6 months on board, 2 to 2.5 months at home;
• Insurance: coverage by private insurance company - Allianz.
• Contract is seasonal; paid only on board;
• Travel policy: travel is arranged by Company from nearest airport to your home city till port of embarkation;
• Internet on board
• Shared accommodation and food included free of charge;
• Refund for obtaining pre-joining GCCL Medical Report as well as test on Alcohol & Drugs;
• Please note that all contracts issued are Cayman seafarer contracts;
