Are you an experienced Patissier or Assistant Patissier?

Cast-A-Way Cruise and Resort Hiring Agency is seeking Patissier and Assistant Patissier to work onboard big name cruise lines!

For sailings starting in 2023. So we need candidates who are fully vaccinated against Covid, are at least 21 years old and can travel immediately after procuring their shipboard medical and C1/D visa.

Candidates must:

Be at least 21 years old
Have a great personality, big smile!

5 star hotel or international experience desirable

High volume experience a MUST

Positive attitude,

Fluency in conversational English.
Must be physically strong and able to lift a minimum of 60 lbs and sustain physically challenging work for up to 9 months at a time.

With all the amazing food on board Cruise ships especially all the cakes, cookies and amazing
sweet treats, you will help create these treats in the wonderful pastry team-

learning the day to day production of pastries and desserts as per company standards and specifications.
As part of a small hardworking and creative Pastry Team Patissier/ Assistant Patissiers are involved in learning the preparation
of all cakes, cookies, desserts and pastries, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation, ensuring the
highest level of sanitation is maintained, in keeping with company and USPH standards.
You will have an eye for detail and a flair for creativity, who really enjoys showcasing their talents
and producing the highest quality treats for our guests to enjoy.
