I am currently hiring for a very exciting company within the travel industry that is hiring for a Crewing Team Lead to join their operational team.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the fleet is staffed to the correct complement with the right people, ensuring compliance against regulations whilst maintaining service and costs, and working with colleagues within the Crewing team.

Cruise experience for this role is desirable, however, I am open to hearing from people from other backgrounds, specifically offshore crewing experience.
