Head Baker

Take center stage inside a fast-paced bakery at sea. Aside from producing large amounts of high-quality bread and elegant baked goods for our daily menus, you will also be responsible for monitoring the assignments of your staff; maintaining the cleanliness of the bakery; and inspecting workstations and equipment to ensure efficient service and compliance to standards. We want you to join our team if you have at least a year of similar experience in an upscale hotel, resort, or cruise ship; can understand and execute basic recipes; and can operate mixers and other large machinery.

Skills and Qualifications

At least 2- 3 years similar work experience on the position applying for
4-5 Star Hotels, Restaurants, Large Scale Resorts, Commissary, Cruise Ship
Education or training related in Bakery
Good communication skills in English Language
