Position Summary:

In this position, you will assist the Director of Capital Markets in managing the finance functions of the Company, including negotiating financing agreements, forecasting interest expense and analyzing financial risk exposures. This is a dynamic and diverse position in the treasury department with tremendous opportunity for growth.You will interact closely with the other areas within Treasury and cross train with other Senior Treasury Analysts to learn the major treasury competencies. You will also interact with Accounting and Corporate Planning as well as internal and external auditors and internal and external legal counsel. You will have the ability to present to and influence key decision makers within the organization (CFO, Controller, VP of planning, investor relations, treasurer, etc.).

Career Snapshot:

  • Work on the structuring, negotiation and documentation of all financing agreements including bank financing, leases, export credit financing, and ECA guarantees.
  • Manage debt covenant compliance process
  • Preparation of rating agency and lender presentations and financial ratio analyses
  • Analyze bank risk exposure
  • Review and provide information required for quarterly SEC filings
  • Ensure proper accounting of all debt related transactions
  • Forecast monthly interest and accrual

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance/Economics/ or related field. MBA, CFA and/or CTP credentials preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years of experience in one or more of following areas: Treasury/ Finance / Forecasting
  • Must be a self-starter and forward thinking in order to drive analysis and projects with limited supervision
  • Comfortable navigating business situations and challenges
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Bloomberg, Essbase, and Reval
  • Demonstrate ownership of projects and work, tenacity in following through on details and exploring remaining implications
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to business in both spoken and written formats
