We are looking for a ENTERTAINER / DJ for Ocean Cruise Lines.

Rotation: 6 months onboard / 2-3 months vacation - Starting in November

Scope of Duties/ responsibilities/ competences Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform as an Entertainer mainly at following times:
- Embarkation
- Tea Time
- Cocktail Hour
- After Dinner
- Activities

Business Spotify account (soundtrack your brand) is provided by the ship at any time.
Assist cruise staff duties as directed by the Hotel Manager on board; Guides, Instructs, & Supervises the cooks and galley staff in their jobs.

The entertainer is responsible for the maintenance of the instruments, firstly to inform the Hotel manager if needed. The entertainer needs to be flexible to switch in between different kind of music styles if the audience and the atmosphere require it. A large knowledge of titles and playlist is required, which should include classical, easy listening, pop, lounge, disco … music. The entertainer should cheerfully encourage guests to make musical requests and always play at a volume most suited to the guests wishes.
