Executive Concierge

We are looking for an Executive Concierge for a small luxury cruise line.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• Worked in a luxury environment as Guest Relations Manager or similar
• MUST have done the above onboard a medium sized ship
• Used to dealing with complaint handling
• Used to dealing with special requests and used to achieving results
• Ability to manage the Reception TeamGreat at customer service and building positive relations with guests and colleagues
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a pleasant working environment
• Computer literate – Word/excel/Fidelio/MXP/and similar
• Used to dealing with Lost Luggage
• Upgrades and suite allocations etc.Excellent communication skills.

Salary - $4,300+ per month, vacation pay, flights too and from vessel. 4 on 2 off rotation – single cabin
