Your responsibilities

• preparation and arrangement of dishes for the restaurant in accordance with the A-ROSA food concept
• Setting out, removing and decorating the buffet
• Mise-en-place and assistance in all areas of the kitchen

Your profile

• Completion of vocational training as a chef
• Several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of products that meet international standards
• Experience in four-star buffet category
