Package:-

  • Live in - all expenses paid
  • Medical Insurance 
  • Flight Allowance SAR5,000 PA 
  • 1 month’s vacations PA.

Job Summary:-

The Compound/Office Cleaner role is to ensure the villa is maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness and organization whilst ensuring the guests are provided with the highest levels of service, efficiency and care.

Background, Skills and Abilities:-

  • The position is preferred for females
  • Minimum of 2 years of housekeeping experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field
  • Willingness to learn and good command of English
  • Asks questions when instructions are not clear
  • Responds appropriately to instructions and Follows guidelines
  • Good team player
  • Assists when and where needed
  • Turn up to work on time, in uniform and presents well
  • Confidentiality in all areas
  • Flexible with working overtime at special occasions
  • Adapt easily to last minute changes

General Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Work safely with Chemicals
  • Basic Housekeeping equipment and housekeeping machinery knowledge
  • Knows all cleaning Techniques (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, brushing etc..)
  • Knowledge of different surfaces (gold Leaf, metal, glass, stainless steel, wood etc..)
  • Can work in high and very high areas
  • Knows the right chemical to use on different surfaces
  • Knows how to use all cleaning tools (Including Machinery)
  • Knows how to setup and shutdown an area
  • Use colour coded rags and the right equipment
  • Prepares, maintains, protects and shutdown a room
  • Identifying and reporting Maintenance Issues
  • Locker Cleaning
  • Extra Cleaning - off season
  • Marble stripping and protection
  • Cleaning of walls, ceilings (high work)
  • Cleaning of hinges and thresholds
  • Cleaning of door seals
  • Cleaning of windows and window frames
  • Cleaning of staff corridors
  • Cleaning of Vents
  • Cleaning of Fly Screens
  • Cleaning and maintenance Golf Cars
  • Helping with the cleaning and maintaining of the Garbage room
  • Removing garbage from Garbage room to skip - Waste Management
  • Keeping all machines clean

Work Experience Requirements

All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship, in a 4/5* Hotel or in an Upscale Restaurant.
