Admin (Administration)

This opportunity requires PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE as an Admin, as full training and mentorship will be provided by the business during a tailored, three-month trainee-ship programme. Over this time, you will gain an invaluable insight into the world of Ship-management. In this role you be providing administrative support. Further duties include organizing the stores orders and booking travel arrangements.

Successful candidates will

• Be fluent in English and German
• Good command of Microsoft 365 software and programs
• Be highly organised
• Have the ability to work independently
• Be a team player focused on delivering task
