Destination Experience Ambassador

We are pleased to announce we are looking to hire a Destination Experience Ambassador for the Destinations Experience Department, working for Ambassador Cruise Line on board their flagship Ambience.
Ambassador is the first new British cruise line to be launched since 2010 and is here to accompany the next era of travel by blending tradition and innovation for a truly timeless cruise holiday that still makes guests feel right at home.
You will support the Destination Experience Manager as part of the team to ensure an efficient Destination Experiences operation whilst maximising sales opportunities and providing complete guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
• Previous shipboard experience in similar position
• Fluent in English –must have excellent oral & writtencommunication skills
• Flexibility –must be able to work various times of the day, remain calm under pressure and have a can-do attitude
• Guest and service focused with a positive personality and professional appearance
• Excellent knowledge of worldwide cruise destinations

Work Experience Requirements
All applicants must have previous experience in working on a Cruise Ship.
Language Requirements
