Your chartered goal

• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for mobile app development, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, milestones, and success criteria
• Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of mobile app development technologies, frameworks and tools
• Establish and enforce quality standards for mobile applications, ensuring reliability, security, and a seamless user experience
• Implement and oversee testing processes to guarantee the functionality and performance of developed mobile apps
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, making recommendations for technology adoption
• Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Work closely as part of a team, with colleagues and stakeholders and play an active role in developing a long-term strategy that supports the company's goals
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team, foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

Your previous ports of call

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field
• In-depth knowledge of mobile app development technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices
• Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing mobile app development projects
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully delivering complex mobile app projects
• Professional Proficiency in English and High Proficiency in German as well as confident handing of MS Office 365
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
