Utility Galley

Consortio have partnered with an global service provider when it comes to the crewing of vessels worldwide. This company has clients within the cruise, yachting and hospitality industry. They also offer crew and catering to river vessels too. Due to expanding their company they are looking for Utility Galley staff to join their team.

As a Utility Galley you will be responsible for performing cleaning works and waste separation in the galley according to detailed, written work and verbal instructions given by the Chef de Cuisine. You must also work in accordance with all relevant safety and environmental as well as hygiene standards in compliance with HACCP regulations in the galley. on top of assisting wherever help is needed including dish wash, general cleaning in the galley and stores.

To be eligible for this role you need:

• Minimum Age - 21 years old
• Good admin skills
• Cost & Quality awareness
• Good communication skills
• It liturate
• Fluent in English and/or German (Depending on vessel).
