Crew Ambassador

We are pleased to announce we are looking to hire a Crew Ambassador for the Admin Department, working for Ambassador Cruise Line on board their flagship vessel Ambience.

Your responsibility will include, but will not be limited to:

• Support crew members by effectively responding and resolving onboard maintenance issues and enhancing onboard experience by arranging a comprehensive onboard crew activity programme.
• Acts as key liaison on crew welfare matters regarding cabin maintenance issues
• Supports Shipboard Resco AVO system to ensure upkeep of crew areas and that brand standards of crew living quarters are followed
• In conjunction with Shipboard command, support the regular Cabin Inspection process and follows up on any outstanding items
• Champions and supports HRM to lead Ambassador Crew Welfare program to achieve positive results related to Crew Satisfaction
• Prepares monthly Crew Activity Calend

Key Attributes:

• Previous shipboard experience or relevant experience in similar position
• Fluent in English – must have excellent oral and written communication skills
• Flexibility – must be able to work various times of the day, remain calm under pressure and have a can-do attitude
• Employee focused with a positive personality and professional attitude
