Food & Beverage Manager

Windstar Cruises are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join our fleet!

Food & Beverage Manager Responsivities:
Develop a highly motivated and pro-active team.
Bar and restaurant service, along with provisions and inventory control.
Maintain a high level of public health and sanitation control.
Quality control, planning and organizing all shipboard Food & Beverage operations

Rotation/Pay:
4 months on and / 2 months off
Not annual contract and NOT paid for 12 months of the year
