• Uphold compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols, prioritizing the well-being of guests and staff.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and management of technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Collaborate closely with hotel management and department heads to coordinate technical needs and support overall operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize the reliability and longevity of hotel systems and equipment.
• Manage budgeting and cost control for technical operations, optimizing resource allocation while maintaining service standards.
• Act as a liaison with external contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and conduct regular drills to ensure preparedness for various scenarios.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation related to technical operations, compliance, and maintenance.
