Mixologist required for Luxury Cruise Line!

We are looking for a Mixologist to join Windstar Cruises!


We are currently looking to interview and process candidates for our approved candidate talent pool - aiming to get people travel ready for when future vacancies arise. 

Mixologist Responsibilities:

• Be able to taste alcoholic cocktails with sipping straw to balance them properly and professionally.
• Be fully responsible for the assigned bar stock, inventory, and discrepancies. The Company holds the Mixologist responsible.
• Brief Bar Waiters in case of special parties, daily cocktails, or events.
• Ensures that Company alcohol policy is always adhered to. RSA strictly to be followed.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a large cruise ship or a combination of ship and large hotel/bar experience in these positions is required.
• Advanced level of supervisory knowledge in running a shift with multiple bars and lounges with different themes and menus is required.
• Knowledge of international cocktails, spirits, and ability to talk about them.
• Mixology Diploma completed in worldwide approved bartending schools.

Rotation: 9 months on, 2 months off
Salary: Paid per month worked in $ USD
