No greater place to start than as a sales associate, to create the most solid foundation and master the art of closing those sales. 
Understanding the importance of customer service; having the ability, commitment, and willingness to excel in delivering outstanding service to our guests. Through building these countless connections, you will create lasting memories for your guests onboard and ultimately You will get to make lots of $$$. 
With outstanding social skills, while conveying a warm, friendly, and caring personality, you will need to adapt and adjust to a variety of situations daily, all part of working onboard, within a highly pressured environment that’s ever-changing and evolving. 
The Shopping Host and Ambassador will also lean on you for a helping hand for anything including perhaps, distributing promotional material and/or displaying merchandise during seminars or events. The only way to success is through great teamwork! 

While building meaningful relationships with our guests and being an excellent communicator. You work relentlessly while learning from each other daily and striving to achieve both team and personal goals.

Requirements: 

• Sales Experience in a target driven / commission based role 
• Strong & clear communication skills, ability to take constructive feedback, and a great work ethic
• Self-motivated, target driven & a great team player
• Thrives under pressure
• Focused and driven to achieve professional and personal goals
• Always ready to adapt to change, improvise, innovate, and take initiative
• Ship experience is preferred but not a requirement
• Luxury Sales Experience or Jewelry sales is a preferred but not a requirement
• A bonus if you have an additional language, including but not limited to: Japanese, German, Italian, Mandarin, Portuguese, Spanish, French
