Photographer

Consortio, in partnership with a leading ocean cruise line, is seeking a Photographer to join our dynamic team. As part of this collaboration, the Photographer will play a pivotal role in capturing and selling memorable moments for guests both on board and in external settings. By leveraging their technical expertise in photography equipment and sales techniques, the Photographer will contribute to revenue generation while upholding the standards of excellence expected within our partnership.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Photographer will actively contribute to maintaining a successful safety culture, adhering to COVID-19 spread prevention rules, and supporting health and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in alignment with the standards set forth by our partnership. Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Taking photos of guests at various locations onboard, including embarkation areas, restaurants, lounges, and outdoor spaces, ensuring both quantity and quality to entice guests to make purchases.
• Maintaining company equipment and materials, promptly reporting any faults or damages to ensure continuous photo service.
• Facilitating the opening of the Photoshop for selling activities during the cruise as per manager instructions, and ensuring that photo products on sale are effectively displayed to maximize revenues.
• Assembling and disassembling photo sets according to manager instructions to provide professional photo shooting experiences for guests.
• Assisting with loading material onboard and ashore, ensuring proper storage in designated areas to facilitate efficient operations.
