As an Animator Cruise Staff member, you will be responsible for engaging guests of all ages in a variety of entertaining activities and events onboard. From leading dance classes to hosting themed parties, you will create memorable moments while promoting a lively and inclusive atmosphere. Your creativity, enthusiasm, and passion for entertainment will contribute to the overall success of our onboard entertainment program.

Responsibilities:

1. Organize and facilitate engaging entertainment activities such as dance parties, trivia contests, and interactive games for guests of all ages.
2. Lead dance classes and workshops, teaching guests basic dance moves and choreography in a fun and supportive environment.
3. Collaborate with other onboard departments to coordinate themed events and special entertainment programs.
4. Assist with setup and breakdown of equipment and props for scheduled activities and events.
5. Interact with guests, encouraging participation and ensuring a positive experience for all onboard.
6. Adhere to company policies and safety regulations while promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment for guests and fellow crew members.
7. Act as an ambassador for the cruise line, providing excellent customer service and representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in entertainment, performing arts, or event coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for entertaining and creating memorable experiences.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced maritime environment.
• Basic knowledge of sound and lighting equipment is advantageous.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
