The position is responsible for assisting the Digital Communication Manager (DCM) with all onboard marketing and communications materials, ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity strategy.


This role is further responsible for the maintenance of the Digital app, the Celebrity Today content, Digital Signage Systems, and working with the Digital Communication Manager to ensure both digital and print versions are functioning as intended.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in either Digital Manager or Marketing Manager roles preferred
  • Capable of testing and triaging App functionalities, backend systems and other digital interfaces preferred
  • Experience in managing ship multi-screen digital signage system preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in Adobe Creative Cloud including Adobe InDesign and Adobe Experience Manager or similar CMS preferred
  • Understanding of layouts and use of design elements including graphics, digital photos, line art, and vector images
  • Superior time management and organizational skills, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and willing to go above and beyond what is expected to exceed guest expectations
  • Exceptional writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven and results oriented with ability to identify new opportunities

Language Requirements

Good knowledge of the English language is required.
