Faststream is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager to join a prestigious 6-star luxury Cruise Line. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for an accomplished Restaurant Manager to leverage their expertise and advance their career within a renowned cruise line, widely recognized as one of the premier employers in the industry.

The desired candidate will have the following:

• Fluency in Japanese and English language is essential.
• Knowledge and expertise of Asian cuisine very beneficial.
• 5* or 6* cruise ship or Hotel/Restaurant experience required
• Proven experience supervising/managing a fine dining restaurant and the expectations of highly discerning guests. 
• Availability to start as soon as possible.
