Hotel Purchasing Specialist

I am working with a cruise ship management company, we are looking for a hotel purchasing specialist for a shore based/corporate role. This would be based in Hamburg or Cyprus.

Candidates must have experience in a role such as Provision master or Hotel controller.

The Hotel Purchasing Specialist is responsible for/to:

· Processing, monitoring, and progressing to orders as per the allocated budget; F&B and hotel consumable-related requisitions to and from the vessels;

· Processing the logistical requirements and toll data for all hotel-related deliveries, ensuring we are working line with the allocated budget;

· Organize maintenance services and fulfilling repair orders for hotel equipment;

· Providing ongoing cost-effectiveness analysis across to clients and suppliers;

· Budgeting, including cost, quantity, inventory, and quality control;
