Hotel Superintendant- FTC

I am looking for a hotel superintendant for a major refit project in Europe for a 4-6 month period

As the Hotel Superintendent for our cruise ship refit project, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the transformation of
interior spaces, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency throughout the process.

Qualifications:
 Previous experience in a supervisory role within the maritime leisure industry, with a strong understanding of cruise
ship projects.
 Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve excellence.
 Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
 In-depth knowledge of sanitation standards, safety regulations, and emergency procedures relevant to cruise ship
operations.
 Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for conformity to design intent.

Accommodation and meals provided onboard during the duration of the project.
