We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Corporate Pastry Trainer (m/f) for a 4**** American Cruise Line.

Candidate (m/f) must have several years previous ship experience in a similar position and must have strong leadership skills, with very good communication and motivation skills within an international crew.

The main role will be to travel as Pastry Trainer between the vessels to train and support all Pastry Chefs and Bakers in regards to recipes, standard operating procedures, pastry training and all pastry program initiatives.

We are expecting advanced culinary skills, with great leadership & good communication skills as well. You should be stress-resistant, have a good knowledge of computers, creative and fluent in English.
