The Spa Manager is responsible to oversee the daily business of the Spa facility, performing services for guests and direct Line Management of Spa personnel.

We are looking for individuals that meet the following criteria:

Minimum 5 years as a Hair Stylist in professional hair styling experience is essential;
Qualifications encompass: hair cutting and styling both male and female, colouring, perming and permanent straightening;
Competence in shampooing and conditioning, along with the ability to perform blow-drying and styling techniques;
Proven knowledge of Spa operations and treatments, including basic knowledge of body anatomy/physiology;
Previous experience in managing Spa department on cruise ship;
Excellent customer service experience including complaints resolution;
English language proficiency, both written and spoken;
Basic Safety Training (A-VI/1)
Crisis Management and Human Behaviour (CMHB) (A-V/2)
Basic IT skills
