Your Duties

• Support the Executive Chef in leading the kitchen team and ensuring high-quality dish preparation.
• Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and quality standards.
• Create and coordinate duty rosters for efficient work organization.
• Manage inventory and conduct accurate stock takes.
• Control food costs and adhere to the budget.
• Train and motivate the team for excellent performance.
• Act as the Executive Chef's deputy in their absence and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training as a chef.
• Several years of experience in the four-star sector, preferably at sea or on rivers.
• Leadership experience and excellent organizational skills.
• Very good German and English language skills.
• PC skills (MS Office) and knowledge in costing and recipes.
• HACCP knowledge and health certificate for the gastronomy sector.
• Team player and cooperative behavior.
• Decisiveness and problem-solving skills.
