MAIN FUNCTION
Spa Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the spa centre.

Offering a high standard of services and managing Spa employees to achieve retail and treatment sales targets as set.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, and fluency in at least 2 of the following languages: German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Russian, Chinese. Any other language is considered as advantageous.
• 3+ years as Spa Manager on a Cruise Ship.
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong PC Skills using Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook or equivalent mail client application
• Proven accounting skills, marketing strategy and the ability to lead the group to meet new goals

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• The SPA Manager establishes team leadership and coordination
• Represents the spa in a cordial, efficient and professional manner while maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction
• Provides and maintain quality service to generate maximum profits through cost control and creative, energetic salesmanship
• Demonstrates good communication and organisational skills
• Checks and ensures excellent service to guests
• Manages the daily agenda
• Validates the accuracy of end-of-Cruise reporting and financial data
• Develops and maintains strong working relationships with the shipboard authorities and with other departments onboard
• Administrates stocks in the store
• Ensures control of daily closing and administrative duties
