Restaurant Supervisor

I am currently looking for a Restaurant Supervisor for a major cruise company. 

The Restaurant Supervisor will collaborate closely with the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager to ensure smooth operations in the restaurant. They will assist in overseeing Quick Service areas, managing table inventories, and coordinating seating in their assigned restaurant areas.

Duties: 

• Maintains complete knowledge of all menu and concepts, Table Management, server stations table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, room capacity, hours of operations, menus and respective SOPs.

• Assists with training restaurant teams on respective food/beverage menus, standards and steps of service

• Assists with cross training crew members in other departments in order to find the right fit of future teams

• Assigns service stations to the service staff from the respective assigned outlet based on performance and ability

• Ensures that all public health rules and regulations are maintained and adhered to and, where necessary, provides training to other members of the Restaurant team

• Other duties as assigned

Contract details: 

Flexible joining date 

6 months on / 2 months off 

$3450 paid onboard only 

Requirements: 

• Valid STCWS 

• Previous experience working on cruise ships 

• Previous experience as a waiter and leading a team
