Master

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Master to join our luxury cruise vessel. As the highest-ranking officer, the Master will be responsible for the overall safe operation of the vessel, ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers, crew, and the ship itself.

Key Responsibilities:
- Command and oversee all operations of the vessel, ensuring compliance with international maritime regulations and company policies.
- Lead and manage the ship's officers and crew, fostering a professional and cooperative environment.
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew, including overseeing emergency drills and safety procedures.
- Collaborate closely with other department heads to ensure seamless operations, including navigation, maintenance, and hospitality services.
- Represent the company in all official and public matters on board the vessel.
- Maintain records and reports, including navigation logs, safety protocols, and port documentation.

Requirements:
- Valid Master's License (STCW II/2) and appropriate endorsements for cruise vessels.
- Extensive experience as a Master on board passenger vessels.
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage large crews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Knowledge of international maritime regulations (ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, MARPOL).
- A commitment to safety, environmental protection, and passenger satisfaction.
