Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Hotel General Manager to join a world-leading luxury cruise line. This is a unique opportunity to oversee all hotel operations onboard, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a large, multicultural team across all hotel departments.
• Maintain 5-star service standards in food & beverage, housekeeping, and guest services.
• Manage budgets, revenue, and onboard costs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Hotel General Manager both on land in luxury hotels and luxury cruise ships (experience in both is mandatory) 
• Strong leadership, guest service, and financial management skills.
• Valid seagoing documents and availability to join ASAP.
