Faststream Recruitment is seeking a talented Chef de Cuisine – Italian speciality to join a leading luxury cruise line. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in Italian cuisine while leading a dynamic culinary team at sea.

Your Role

• Oversee an authentic Italian restaurant, ensuring top-tier taste, presentation, and quality.
• Design and execute menus, blending tradition with innovation.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff to maintain excellence.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cost control compliance.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef, or Executive Sous Chef in high-end Italian dining or Luxury Cruise ship. 
• Deep knowledge of Italian cuisine, regional dishes, and techniques.
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
• Cruise or luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
