All candidates must have fluent spoken + written GERMAN and ENGLISH

This position the candidates is required to have a professional workflow, responsible for the preparation of food to the highest of qualities. Compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene guidelines (USPH/HACCP - ISM & SQM HLC)

Qualifications:

• Professional training as a chef / cook
• 1 year of professional experience in an upscale hotel restaurant kitchen
• Business management
• Budget conscious work
• Skilled knowledge of dishes along with preparation methods
