Faststream Recruitment is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Aquatic Stage Staff to join the entertainment division of one of the world’s most innovative and guest-focused cruise lines.
This is a unique opportunity for individuals with a background in aquatic operations, diving, or water-based stage management to become part of a cutting-edge production team delivering awe-inspiring aquatic shows at sea.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain underwater and stage equipment during live aquatic performances
• Support the entertainment team in the safe execution of complex show elements involving pools, dives, and rigging systems
• Conduct pre-show safety checks and assist with underwater scene changes
• Ensure guest and crew safety protocols are strictly adhered to
• Participate in rehearsals, training, and ongoing skill development

Requirements:

• STCW Basic Safety Training (or willingness to obtain prior to joining)
• Experience in water-based theatre, diving operations, or aquatic facilities and hold a PADI Dive Master certificate.
• Strong swimming ability and comfort in deep water environments
• Previous cruise ship or live event experience advantageous
• Team player with strong communication and situational awareness
